    i did exactly what it said to do using WIN8 CONFIG & exempt all but its still not updating to windows 8.1 or none of the apps are working when i press on the pane please if you have another fix please let me know so i don't have to send my laptop back to Toshiba as its still under warrenty i'd rather try & fix the problem myself

    Did you try wsreset.exe in the run ? It clears store cache and works in some cases.
